How to use Extract pages

  1. 1

Open the PDF to see all its pages.

  2. 2

Click the pages you want to keep, or type their numbers.

  3. 3

Choose one combined file or one file per page, then press Extract pages.

Typical uses

Sending a landlord only the pages of a bank statement they asked for; sharing a single chapter of a long report; pulling the signed page out of a contract to attach to an email. Extracting is also a quick way to make a short sample of a long document.

Order of extracted pages

Pages are written in the order they appear in the original document, no matter which order you clicked them in. If you need a different order, extract first and then rearrange the result with Organize PDF.

One file or many

The default creates a single PDF containing all selected pages. Switch to “Each page as its own PDF” to get a ZIP with one file per selected page — useful when every page is a separate receipt.

Quality

Extraction copies the page objects directly. There is no re-rendering, so text remains searchable and images keep their full resolution.

Extract pages: frequently asked questions

How do I select many pages quickly?

Type a range such as 10-25 in the sidebar box, or use “Select all” and then click the few pages you do not want.

Will the extracted file keep the original page numbers printed on the pages?

Yes, anything printed on the page stays. The PDF itself simply starts counting from page 1 again.

Can I extract pages from several PDFs at once?

This tool works on one PDF at a time. To combine pages from different files, use Organize PDF, which accepts several files.

Are my files uploaded?

No. Extraction happens in your browser, and the new PDF is created on your device.
